Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your gear ships.
Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States.
Delivery Area: We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional transit time may apply for remote locations.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jolly Angler is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. To change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@jollyangler.store.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
