We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jolly Angler gear. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by your order number or receipt of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at info@jollyangler.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping address
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for safety reasons:
- Fishing line and leader material that has been spooled or used
- Bait and lures that show signs of use
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
